The NRL Re-Accreditation for League First Aid requires that sports trainers participate in an update of their Provide First Aid certification providing 3 years of currency. 

Participants are required to complete 3 online learning modules, these include:

- The Role of the First Responder
- Concussion Management in Rugby League
- League First Aid Assessment

All candidates who successfully complete the course will receive a digital Statement of Attainment for the units of competency:

- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
- HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

As well as a digital League First Aid Certificate, issued by the NRL.

Note: Candidates who already hold a current First Aid and CPR certification can apply for online re-accredtation
Pre-requisites
All candidates must hold a current NRL League First Aid Qualification that has been expired for no longer than 12 months.
Course Content
League First Aid re-accredtation participants who register to the course will also complete the following nationally recognised units of competency:
  • HLTAID011 Provide First Aid
  • HLTAID009 Provide CPR
This course refreshes current Sports Trainers on the basic principles of sports medicine using simulated real-life scenarios which could appear in the community, sporting and/or workplace settings.
Additional information
If you are feeling sick, unwell or have a temperature please do not attend the course. Whilst at the course please always practice social distancing and safe hygiene practices. 

Please bring pen and paper, closed in footwear and a drink bottle. Please note meals are not provided as part of the course. Participants are encouraged to bring their own meals, snacks and water.
