Coaches of 16-18 year olds are required to complete this eLearning component as part of their coach accreditation requirements. The eLearning provides coaches with knowledge to help them create positive coaching environments that are focused on enjoyment, developing relationships, keeping everyone safe and learning to play Rugby League.
Pre-requisites
The minimum age to register to this course is 16 years old.
Course Content
The eLearning course has two parts for coaches to complete. Each of these parts provide information on how coaches can develop positive coaching environments. These sections include:
  • Overview of Coaching Adolescents
  • The Role of the Coach
  • Keeping Everyone Safe
  • Developing Quality Relationships 
  • Planning a Great Environment for Learning
  • The Training Session
  • Game Day

After you have completed this eLearning section of the course, you will need to register to a Face to Face (13-18s) Workshop to complete the accreditation.
