Welcome to the RISE BRONZE Course for 2025. This course includes a number of online modules that are all important parts of the RISE program. Please ensure you complete all components and attend all of your RISE session in order to receive you RISE BRONZE certificate:
The Life-Fit Program is delivered in partnership with Griffith University’s School of Applied Psychology. Players will participate in a series of online modules and training activities to develop some socio-emotional skills to help them tackle life’s challenges. Within Life-Fit, there are four categories.
• Healthy Habits – Social Media
• Strong Minds – Grit
• Keep Calm – Breathing and Muscle Relaxation
• Stay Connected – Gratitude and Positive Actions
Within each category, there are a number of lessons that will be delivered. These lessons cover important aspects of socio-emotional development aimed at enhancing Respect, Integrity, Self-Esteem and Engagement of RISE athlete.
Remember to do your pre and post assessment which will be emailed from Griffith University.
Your RISE session attendance will be marked off by your program manager.
